| Form 10 is used by the UK Registrar of Companies (Companies House) to collect information about new companies. Traditionally; the form was completed by hand and posted to Companies House, but now over 90% of new companies submit the data online. The form requires information about the company's name, proposed registered office, Secretary (if appointed), Director(s) and subscriber(s), this is then held on the Register and must be kept updated by the officers of the company by filing forms such as a 288a, 288b, 288c and 287. Company Formation Agents submit this data to Companies House on behalf of their clients, often at a lower cost when completed online, For more information visit a company formation agent for free advice.
